WordPress Blog Website Intake Form

In order to help us assess your needs, please take a few
minutes to fill out our WordPress Intake Form.

If you are filling in this form as an *Expression of
Interest* we will contact you to give you further
information about our WordPress Blog Design service.

If you are a new client and have purchased one of our packages, a complimentary phone appointment is included with this intake form which typically lasts from 15-30 minutes. This is for the purpose of outlining how a blog website design can complement the vision you want to create, or to answer any questions you may have regarding our service. Please note that additional appointments are billed at our hourly rate of $75. Once we review your form we will contact you by email to set up your appointment.

Within two weeks of your initial appointment, you will receive 2 design options to choose from. These design options will be available to you for one week, within which time you will be entitled to the quoted price. There is no further obligation if you do not like either design. If you would like another design proposal, this is available at fee of $50 per design. This design fee is payable at the time of request. If you chose to proceed with one of the two initial designs, payment will be due in full before the design is installed on your hosting service.
